Already she was a skinny little thing. Get happy for Ramadan. Have the intention to increase your happiness, even if you have to fake it until you actually feel it. Make a list of duas before Ramadan. Try to cut on your social media presence. Start to pray Qiam now, don't wait until the first of Ramadan. If you did not fast until now, don't fast before Ramadan, u les you're used to fast Monday and Thursday. Be aware of your good and bad deeds, increase the good and make tawba for the bad. Know that we are only able to fast and pray by the mercy and guidance of Allah, this way we avoid to be arrogant and think we made it possible. Non-negotiable things in Ramadan: Salah, how is my prayer, make it on time, increase it, better it.

Continuation of the summary: the biggest disobedience is our tongue, be aware of what you say, getting angry, thinking better of yourself than others, backbitting. We need to make ourselves accountable for ghafla, wasting time, being heedless not thinking of Allah. The solution is to be busy with dhikr, reading Quran, asking forgiveness, morning and evening adhkar. We look inside our hearts and clear them(from shirk, hipocrisy and injustice) nothing and no one is more important than Allah.
