As a long time Djokovic fan, I’ve a feeling that it’ll be much more difficult for him to win more titles in big tournaments or grand slams. It’s sad but also a fact of life.
@wimzswimz98433 ай бұрын
I think he should try to win ATP 250-500 now in order to complete his 100th title. He should never be ashamed of winning that cuz he's multiplied his GS, ATP Finals and Masters before

@Rares-v31413 ай бұрын
He is the most consistent, he is like djokovic but better. Alcaraz on the other hand is not that consistent but his peak is above Sinner's.

@wave1468 sinner like djokovic he's very consistent and efficient. Carlos like roger when he lock in he can hit winner everywhere
@kianmath713 ай бұрын
Yeah I agree with you but I think in the long term when he adds a bit more variety to his game, it would be very difficult for carlos to beat him given how emotional he has been recently. Alcaraz's mental issues imo are a bigeer problem than sinner's variety

"Biggest ever guy" on a tennis court is happy to still go toe to toe with the "big guys" of today. It sure made me smile when he said that. Pretty hard for me at least to imagine anybody being historically more the king of his realm in men's elite tennis than Djokovic has deservedly turned out to be. Damn! he's earned it. In my eyes he makes even Federer and Nadal look small by comparison, as great as those two have been and still are. As for Sinner? I hope he can stay healthy. His ground strokes are as imposing a weapon as there is in today's men's game. Love to watch him wind up and fire those missiles.....

Djokovic's fans are usually insufferable, but Novak himself is very easy to root for. A super talent, a class act on and off court, a gracious opponent, and a charitable human who has given much. It will be a sad day when he retires.

A significant amount of tennis fans believed Nole could had his 100th ATP tournamente trophy...but all the way, I knew Sinner would prevail. Indeed, once Sinner adjusted to Nole's game, the second set was not anymore a tight contest. Nole againts Alcaraz at a final is a 50 / 50% chance, but against Sinner is a lost situation mostly. It is now four wins in a row of Sinner over Nole, and only a Sinner injury can give Nole a future victory in this match. I strongly believe Nole should retire now that he still plays wonderfully, but has zero chances against these two (Alcaraz and Sinner) in the same tournament. No more GS for Nole, but yet, Nole has nothing else to prove, he owns almost every tennis record, he is a living legend... I just want to see him part in full honor.

If any player chooses to play full length rally with Sinner, they won’t possibly win. You need good serves, drop shots, angles and power

This is what separates Novak from Nadal and Federer. His ability to maintain this level consistently and levity and avoiding major injury like Brady and Lebron. I am a massive Nadal fan by the way.
