Hi Ken, As always, you are the guy to watch when I'm stuck or looking for detailed info before buying. I have an MC 11000SE and love the automatic threading but it seems it cannot be serviced. Do you think this is compatible or is there another Janome that is better: sewing, embroidering, quilting? Thanks so much for your expertise.

Hi, what size hoops do it take and can it take more than one size hoop? How big is the screen? I like this machine but i just bought a Brothers LB 7000 and it has a 4x4 hoop but i want this one, LOL.

Hi Ken love your instructional video. I just purchased a Janome 9850 I have noticed that the screw that holds the presser foot loosens and the needles end up bending what should I do to correct this.I also have purchased a se600 and love it. I purchased the Janome because the hoop was bigger not realizing that they are so different. Natalie

You only get one hoop, there are no interchangeable faceplate, only one stitch plate, no knee lift and no cloth guide I'm sure there are other things this doesn't have over the 9900 but I can't remember them off the top of my head. I believe the foot pedal is different as well.

@@xmaslolly no knee lift, no hoop magnets (but can buy as an extra i think) and yes 9900 has a much bigger foot pedal
