Do it require crome layer over the zink layer? Or zink layer is sufficient enough to hardren the surface.. please answer, thanks

The crome layer actually, proactive layer of non image area of the cylinder.., and it's toughen more then zink so, the crome layer is the best for cylinder but as per budget we can use zink layer
