Beautiful! The combination of sparrows and daisies is lovely. Sparrows are everywhere in Japan, so I feel a sense of familiarity with them. Thank you for sharing this lesson. I loved your explanation how to paint bird feathers.

This was a very nice painting that was fun to watch with good explanation of sparrow and daisies. Such a cute little bird! I have just started painting birds and looking forward to receiving your new book in the mail. Love painting with my #4 brush and just want to continue painting birds. Really need practice with roses too! Thanks for another great tutorial.

Watching this helped me on my current painting, a vase of daisies with two sparrows. Very valuable information about the neutrals. And great advice with the daisies, since I find them difficult to do. Heritage is made with an extender built in so it dries slower than some other acrylics. They are all different. Have to find one that works for what you like to paint.

This was such a fantastic lesson! I've been avoiding doing birds like this sparrow because I'm unsure about the neutrals. So armed with this knowledge I'm going to give it a go ...and c probably do one a few times like you said.🙂😊🤎🖤🤎🖤🤎
