IIRC from January 2024, the Red Crecent had to negotiate with Israeli authorities for several hours to get permission for the ambulance to be allowed to safely attend. The tank, which after massacring Hind's family, was like a preying mantis still sitting next to Hind's vehicle waiting for it's prey to arrive, opened fire on the ambulance with it's cannon, killing all the medical personnel instantly.
