Amitabh Bachchan did have a release in 1987. It was Kaun Haara Kaun Jeeta. Kishore Kumar even sang 1 song for Amitabh Bachchan in that film. In 1988, Kishore Kumar sang for Amitabh Bachchan in 2 films, Ganga Jamuna Saraswati and Shahenshah. Then, finally, in 1989, Kishore Kumar last sang for Amitabh Bachchan in a song called Aaya Toofan Aaya from a film called Toofan. This was the last time and final song Kishore Kumar sang for Amitabh Bachchan. Why didn't Kishore Kumar sing for Amitabh Bachchan in Suhaag, Naseeb, Coolie, Mard, and Aakhree Raasta? These films and songs were bland. Any film of Amitabh Bachchan without Kishore Kumar and his voice were boring and dull.

Yes, thanks for the clarification. Kishore sang for all Amitabh in most movies until his death in 1987.Only 3 movies in which Kishore Kumar did not sing for Amitabh are Coolie (1983), Mard (1985) & Aakhree Raasta (1986).

Very good post.. Actually kishore da amit ji ke liye sharabi ke baad gana stop kad diye yeh baat chalu hai. Lekin fact yeh hai ke sharabi ke baad bhi giraftar(85),kaun jeeta kaun hara(87, amitabh guest role with kishore da song jeevan pyar bina kuch nahi),sahenshah and ganga jamuna saraswati(88 both) and last 89 me toofan me kishore da amit ji ke liye gaye. Mard aur aakhree rasta me nahi gaye. Mere liye is liye yeh question alltime raha hai ke gana to stop nahi tha ? Aap ne perfect place pe focus kiye aur yeh informative post kiye. 1)In the movies "Suhag, Naseeb,Mard,Coolie and Akhiri Radta" Kishore Kumar refused to sing for Amitabh Bachchan. 2)please refer the interview of Bappi Lahiri on Kishore-Amitabh controversy. 3) किशोर कुमार को लक्ष्मीकांत-प्यारेलाल ने फिल्म "नसीब" के गीत"चल मेरे भाई" ऋषि कपूर पर फिल्माया जाएगा ऐसा बताया था। लेकिन रेकार्डिंग के लिए जब किशोर कुमार स्टुडियो फहुंचकर वहां अमिताभ बच्चन को भी देखकर कारण पूछा तो जब पता चला कि , यह एक Duet गीत होगा और अमिताभ बच्चन अपना हिस्सा खुद गाएंगे।सुनकर किशोर कुमार बिना रुके वापस चले गए। बाद मे लक्ष्मी -प्यारे मनमोहन देसाई के निवेदन पर रफी साहब ने अमिताभ बच्चन के साथ गीत को गाया। अमिताभ बच्चन ने गीत के अपने हिस्से में जिन अपशब्दों का बौछार किशोर कुमार पर करने की मंशा मन मे लिए बैठे थे,वे शब्द रफी साहब को सुनना पड़ा था।इस घटना से आहत किशोर कुमार ने फिल्म "कुली" का टाईटल गीत जोकि background मे फिल्माया जाएगा ऐसा बताकर संगीतकार लक्ष्मी -प्यारे ने किशोर कुमार से रेकार्ड करवाया था उस गीत को भी लाख समझाने पर भी किशोर कुमार ने scrap करने पर मजबूर कर दिया था, जिसे बाद में शब्बीर कुमार से गवाया गया था। इस घटना से किशोर कुमार और लक्ष्मीकांत प्यारेलाल के संबंध खराब हो गए थे, जिसे अभिनेता "अनिल कपूर" ने दुरुस्त किया था। Hence don't play with DATA for selling your product.

One wrong information. Kishore Kumar never sang for Amitabh Bachchan in Naseeb. He has 2 songs in the film. One was for Rishi Kapoor and the other - a group song (Rang Jama ke jayenge) in which he sang for Shatrughan Sinha. Rafi Sahab sang for Amitabh Bachchan.

@@JantaTalkiesOfficial see the films......... Inquilab in 1984, Sharabi in 1984, Geraftar in 1985, Shahenshah in 1988, Ganga Jamuna Saraswati in 1988...........and Kishore Kumar died in 1987. Try yo understand, your post gives wrong information. There were many hit films of Amitabh jee in which Kishore Kumar did not sing.

There is a big difference between Stopped Singing & did not sing. It is not at all possible for one singer to sing all songs of an actor and neither it is mandatory.
