Cheers, it’s a big team effort and we’re lucky to have such a great group.

I presume this is the same farm that all the work was done with Ferguson twenties on video in the 70's /80's which I really enjoyed , are any of those men still alive , in particular a man with glasses

Thanks very much for watching. Yes we’re very lucky all we have to hope is we don’t get a late frost in April that can really set us back. Beast from the East in 2018 was also a big challenge numerous days of sub zero temperatures meant we lost a lot of the early potato crop.

i had been back 2 days from visiting my daughter who works in Singapore when beast from east hit ,i was lucky only a few sheep lost i had 2 neighbouring farms with sligtly higher hills who lost hundreds ,one farm locally lost over 1000 breeding sheep buried under 30 ft drifts@@masterfarms

Really good content keep up the good work 👍 the video quality is something you should look into, I think it would grow your audience if the quality was a bit better

Thanks very much for the tip. This was before we realised KZbin must be filmed in landscape! We have had to change a few clips and its altered the quality. Thanks for watching.

Hello from a not so sunny Wiltshire. Nice to meet you all. I think I've now caught up with you videos, having started with you beautiful cows. Cattle are my favourite farm animals and I do have a soft spot for jerseys. I think they have such appealing eyes. How could anyone not love them! You clearly have a good system built around the herd and I thought that robotic muck scraper was amazing. How often do you have to recharge the batteries? True to form, I loved the way they were gathering around you, looking very inquisitive. Such gentle animals. I've worked with a couple of jersey herds in my lifetime,, plus a few years with a high yielding holstein herd. You had a great method of working that steep hill side, but your dad must be incredibly fit to be able to keep that machine in the ground . I'm 82 years of age now and my back keeps reminding me of that. But there are many worse off than me!
