I have been talking to all my motorcycle buddies about going to Gran Canaria for the past week. Even if you don't do the week long package and do your own hotel and a few days of the touring, it's still very affordable as island vacations go. I can't wait for your tour video! Hi - another good video, thanks for that! Biker cafe recs...I'm Yorkshire based, so both over this way; one is a biker cafe, and it's attached to a great Triumph dealer, it's A1 Moto in York, but it does have a genuine, separate cafe that does great coffee, lush food, and you can check out the latest Triumphs after 😊. Other cafe isn't a dedicated biker cafe, but it does have amazing coffee and food, and it's an excuse to go for a ride in North Yorkshire...that cafe is Curious Coffee Co in Easingwold - it's lovely. Good luck with the channel, and I'm looking forward to seeing more tours, which I think are great!

Congrats on the 100K, Kate - very well deserved! Your content has always been honest, down to earth and relatable - just keep doing that. It must be tempting with all the sponsor offers to go in a more commercial direction and effectively just start making content for them, but please don't do that - it's vids like this one which are more enjoyable to watch for me. I'm not much for vids that others make that just feel like a poorly disguised advert. Realise that sponsors are necessary though. Anyway - enough of that. Looking forward to the vid on the new (old) bike! And in terms of biker cafes, be sure to check out the Old Smithy at Monyash, not far from the Yonderman. Always loads of bikes there and some cracking roads nearby.

Good video Kate. Ive used Bikesure the last three years. Ive always checked via comparison sites but Bikesure have always been cheaper or matched a lower price and you get to speak to a human which is marvellous. Ride safe 👍

If you do the round Britain thingy e bob don’t forget the Isle of Wight , you could get round it in a day , not go back over 50 🤪 and use are motorway ( 500 metres of dual carriage way ) + some fantastic scenery back of wight , from a caulkhead that’s me 😊👍👍👍👍

Biker cafe suggestion - Ponderosa nr Llangollen. They've had a winter shut down but due to re-open soon. Its my most used staging post before I head into N.Wales. Plenty room for a gathering of your fans, decent food/facilities and all that jazz too.

Congratz in the 100k! Insurance is tricky to figure out. Maybe it’s just in the netherlands but price doesn’t say everything, it’s also the differences in what they provide in their terms. For instance there can be differences in how much they pay out for damaged gear for instance. So the cheapest insurance could be cheap because you’ll get less in comparison to a more expensive one.

The Old Brewery Cafe and Kitchen in Gillingham, Dorset SP8 is an amazing little cafe full of some really cool bikes and a must visit, not to mention the rounds around there are so lovely and twisty with rolling countryside all around !

Hi Kate. I'd recommend krazy horse in bury St Edmunds for a good biker cafe. Especially if you can make it for the Thursday late nights in the summer months

I was sure this was a pregnacy announcement :p Bike cafes, 100% go to oldstores, north wales. near mold :D they've had some renovations done this month. They have residence ducks (little cute white ones) that come up and beg for treats :3 (+ not too far for you :D) Like many people have said to add in your reviews, the bike parking is 10000% what we want to see.

O the Ducati is back, a trip around the uk on the uk could be fun to watch but a nightmare for you 😂 take tools and a travel buddy. Try the green hut at Ollerton Sherwood Forest is down the road you and Lilly could be Robin Hood and the sheriff of Nottingham or Revs and relics at maltby. Seaways and the filling station in the Lake District are good too How about a monkey bike for the tour 😊 or a s1000XR

Two to look at Kate:- Squires Cafe, Newthorpe Lane, Newthorpe, Leeds LS25 5LX It's been going for years and years and very popular. Loads of bikes all shapes and sizes. The Motorist, New Lennerton Ln, Leeds LS25 6JE Not been going as long but lovely modern place with nice cars as show pieces in the building. Great shop and cafe. Lots of bikes get there and also car groups. Very close to each other but no conflict of interest. Squires has been around since 1954 nd prices are more reasonable than the Motorist. Out of the two, I feel Squires is the place to do a VLOG on but a quick drop into the Motorist.

Well, good for you, Kate,Mike, Lilly, and Dad too. I went to Instagram, but couldn't find your new bike-my guess, then, is it may be Italian. Where I am, buying anything other than Japanese makes no sense, so I'll stay with my Z1000 Kawasaki/Muzzy. Try testing a 900 Kawasaki, you rode one for a short trip, try for longer, I'm sure I'm not the only one interesed inyour opinion. Congrats on the 100K+ subscribers. Easy to do in a day is the Old Stores at Pontblyddyn (just the other side of Chester) Great old school caff with no hipsters! Bit further afield but might be more appealing to you youngsters😉 is Bafflehaus near Abergavenny. Custom bike builds on sale and display along with good food and coffee.

I enjoy the channel Kate. keep up the good work. Just a point from your comments, and pushing of Instagram. The average age of bikers in the UK is 54, the younger end are 'generally' commuters, and the older ones being the enthusiasts ( probably your subscribers ). I'm one of the older ones, and don't use Instagram, and from all of my friends ( bikers or not ) not one of them uses Instagram ! Maybe my circle of friends is boring !!! Just thought I'd mention it if your going to put the better content on there ?

It's not about better content. Its about the layout of these platforms. Instagram is just set up wayyy better for sharing the here and now as opposed to KZbin. It's just not possible to do it on KZbin. Also, anything that's posted on insta transfers to facebook as another avenue. I haven't pushed my Insta on here for about 4 years and it brought a lot of new followers there. Growth across all platforms can only be good :) Also, instagram doesn't get to see the reviews I post. People have to come here for that.

​​Well thinking of upgrading my 750 hornet and as I don't do track days I want to know if a normal rider would notice the difference with the lower spec brakes and suspension. An extended tour on the GT your about to get on loan, comfort and tank range and is it possible to have panniers and Top Box ( I don’t get the Kawasaki S 1000SX not having that set up from the factory as it’s a Sports Tourer ) it actually put me off test riding one.

i can't wait till march to ride my new bike the bmw m1000r 2025, i did like the m1000xr, that were the two bike i was choosing out. but i went for the m1000r ,we will see how that ride. / i would say take the bmw m/s1000xr & the ducati multistrada v4 rs & ktm 1390 gt to spa?
