I always hear the phrase "getting out of your comfort zone." I think it's misleading and stems from feelings of unworthiness. Comfort feels good because it is something that is natural to you. Being comfortable is not a bad thing. Creating a life full of joy can be a very comfortable process. Being unhappy, on the other hand, is uncomfortable even if it's familiar to you. If you try something that is not familiar, make it comfortable by approaching it in a way that suits YOU. Otherwise you will not stick with it in the long run. Don't try to change because you hate yourself; evolve because you love yourself.
