Hah, you have to love these old commercials that claim people are ditching old products for new ones, the new ones being a product that doesn't exist anymore and the "old" products are still with us. I've seen it with cold medicines, and it's here again with the Lysol Direct ad.

This is an 15- second television commercial for L'eggs Sheer Energy pantyhose which is both sexy and stunning. Featuring a pretty woman in a gray dress and red shoes. ZZ Top's "Legs" song performed by Grammy-Award winner Amy Grant (Mrs. Vince Gill). From September 15, 1985 thru present, the lovely slogan was "She's got Sheer Energy. She's got L'eggs." Ask for it by name. In stores now. Spot aired January 23, 1989.
