Thanks, Jim, for another great report. I missed the live webinar, but am glad to see it was recorded and available. Will be watching. Stay warm - major gale blowing today and a NE'r Monday.

Great video Jim and George! I have some news on a huge coastal storm that may hit Monday, possible 12 inches.

Can anyone tell me where I can put a kayak in on the Mullica for White Perch? My brother lives in Mystic Island. Anywhere close to there? Thanks

Graveling Point Beach is right on the mouth of the Mullica as it enters into Great Bay. You also have Chestnut Neck Boatyard on the other side of the river near the GSP bridge. Further up river and the south bank side you have Sooys Landing Road, N Mannheim Avenue and Hay Road which brings you right in front of Hog Island. Don't know if the upper stretches are icing over. Locate on Google Maps and investigate to see if the upper access roads are passable and whether there's ice.

@@richardcatalinajr.369 Hi Richard. I fish Graveling Point along with Pebble in the Spring I just checked out the other locations you suggested. I am actually coming down tomorrow from Bethlehem to visit for my brother's B'day. I think I will explore some. Thanks, Brad.

How are you going to call people who disagree with you “Ideologues and schills” and then ask for peoples opinions?
@thefishermanmagazine3 жыл бұрын
Good point Mike; that wasn't actually directed at those who disagree (I enjoy respectful discourse & debate, it's the only way to learn). Actually, that "ideologues & shills" was really only directed at one or two people in particular who have labeled the existing research on the subject "rumor" and have blasted the reporters of that information as being part of some "fake news" cabal. The meeting on Thursday from the reports I'm getting was very good and organizers treated the public input as valued (not my experience from the earlier windfarm hearings). The rationale for my rather critical statement is best summarized here www.thefisherman.com/article/myth-or-matter-is-offshore-wind-blowing-in-too-fast-2
