My daughter lives in Lake Arrowhead and has many friends in LA, many who are evacuating. One of them is a young man who just recently purchased his first home. His house burnt to the ground. Another note about the Ari show. Harper Lee's relatives should never have printed a second Lee book to To Kill A Mockingbird. 1950's Articus showed some signs of being a 1950's bigot. Made him look like he evolved backwards from a towering 1930's man of racial justice. Harper Lee lived off one book for 60 years. She did not want another. But her greedy family saw a buck and muddied Atticus. His 1930's courage and principle were pristine. He should have been left alone. That is how I will think of him.
