Thank you Matt and Joy. A trigger that has been coming up for the past year and really hitting the right spot on me just appeared once again today. I just noticed that all the people involved in the matter seem to be reacting from the same place that it triggers myself in to. The people are angry and plotting and scheming against eachother and it would be so tempting to give back their own medicine with some clever words. But I can see how it just deepens and prolongs the suffering of not just myself and the people involved but by chain reaction the wholeness of everything. It's kinda like kids fighting and their parents telling them that "someone has to be the bigger person". Now it's the time for me to be the bigger person and take responsibility to give love to myself and others unconditionally.

The emergence I can feel is that I am less reactive to negativity- and if negativity does start to take me down a rabbit hole, I can get out of it faster and feel hopeful, more trusting and positive going forward. Matt and Joy, thank you so much for this. What resonated the most with me in this energy update was the understanding that everything that is happening is what is meant to be happening, and everything that is not happening yet isn't happening because it's not meant to yet. I've known this within myself for quite a while now, but to be honest I don't live as if I believe it all of the time yet. We started a regenerative permaculture farm almost 4 years ago because we felt called to learn to live with nature in a new way, going deeper than we had ever considered before. The learning curve is huge, and it is easy to get caught up in wanting to be at a level of understanding, skill, knowingness, etc. that we're just not at yet because it is a process. I've been feeling this even more deeply this month, and this whole energy update really resonated with me. Thank you for taking the time to put this out there for the world. It is appreciated! I feel the the emergence of Justice and higher truth and knowledge . A transcendence into a deeper love, a completion the things I needed to learn from last year and a fulfillment of the knowledge that I always have a place at the table! Great energy update Matt and Joy. I have a Cancer Sun and and a few other planets in Cancer too and this full moon in Cancer we just had felt so empowering for me. I felt a huge break through and I fell like I have risen above a lower vibrational state I was stuck in for awhile. I had the realization to really just not care what anyone thinks about me and to be my true self and wow it feels amazing. I feel so much more supported my the universe and I feel a lot more joy and hope coming in now too. We all know the things that have to change to feel better but sometimes we don't know how to get there no matter how hard we try. Thank you Matt and Joy for your gifted transmissions. The energy update for January resonated for me personally in so many ways. In the spring of 2024 I felt in my heart a physical move was coming. One that was not at all anticipated. I felt reassured it was neither an escape or a loss and I would be gently guided in a way that would bring different adventures to myself and family. I witnessed the play between my ego and spirit, the ups and downs of limited expectations and inspired expectations as well as struggles with how I felt I was perceived by loved ones who did not understand. I was just observing this today! I am noticing the new version of me (as my reality differs from others), and they don't see the world the same. No need to make limiting conclusions. I have been allowing others to perceive things differently without judgement. I've been feeling stuck with my healing, but I appreciate the idea that there are nuances to maintaining my highest health. I suppose I have been fighting it too and feeling stuck. I think allowing and accepting this completion and closure. Very good! ❤❤❤ It helps if your soul can tell your ego to chill because you've got intuitive abilities and get a sense for everything working out beautifully. Trust. Hello! I feel that all is making 'sense', all that I went through last 8 years, I feel is ending but not see where I'm going. Faith. I feel like you two are getting closer to an authentic alchemy, and that what I loved about Matt was not lost in this update and really felt it in my heart again, his transmission, esp with his repeat after me. I feel what's blossoming in my heart is that I need to slow down, "not rushing to learn" and see the wait as a gift.
