Thank you for the update! Are the daily logs in the back just a repetition of your weekly page plan for that day? Or do you use it to track what did get done

The weekly usually high level goals or a pre plan for the week, where the dailies are more expanded / details with everything that I need to get done

I know this is old, but I’m just now considering bullet journaling in my Hobonichi Weeks and one question / confusion continues to haunt me. The Dailies. They seem to be just another to do list? Or, I did it list? I’m just not grasping how they are or should be different from what is on the weekly pages. Can you help me?

I have a daily log video that may be good to check out because I think I’ll explain it better there. But I use my weekly spreads as more of a pre-planning dashboard. I put in tasks and events where I think I want to tackle them (and sometimes when I have to tackle them if it’s a deadline or something similar). In the evenings I setup my daily for the following day - I duplicate everything that’s on my weekly for that day and then write down all the little smaller tasks that I need to tackle that I don’t bother to write in my weekly ahead of time. I also note down small memories or little things that come up through out the day when I get there. I actively reference and check things off my daily real time, and at the end of the day I go back and cross things off the weekly when I’m prepping the next daily. I hope that makes sense. I use a daily because it helps me focus in on what I need to accomplish each day versus feeling overwhelmed by everything queued up on the weekly spread
