Shame you didn't make it up to Surprise Lake, one of my favorites. Beautiful lake,most of the time it's only yourself there. When the avalanche years ago knocked over a bunch of trees, Glacier lake made for a nice extended hike here. Alot of bush waking and over and under downed trees to venture through.

Thank you for the recommendations James, I will definitely check out their channels. I appreciate your videos too, I don't get up to the washington cascades and olympics as much i'd like, I do know the oregon cascades reasonably well. A couple of channels I would recommend are Joe Hendricks and another one, idk his name, but he is called the introvert hiker. Do you know or watch their channels?
