@essexhognose1808 very true! it was completely covered by conifers when i moved in, wonder how big it would have been if it hadn't, lol cant imagine how much a specimen of that size would cost today lol

@GrowTropicalMK wow ok, i think its probably much older then haha, i know the person who lived in the house before me was a gardener as well and they lived here for almost 50 years before we moved in, alot of the larger trees and rhododendron, camelia etc all look a good 30 -40 years old, 🤔
