I've never been into "booktube" before, but I really appreciate how you describe the books you have read and your excitement for reading. I think we have similar taste in books, so I've added several more to my 'to be read' list. I just don't read at the same speed you are! You're doing great :)

Thanks so much!! Be careful.. BookTube can be addicting, haha 😆💕📚 I don’t read nearly as much as sone of the other BookTubers I watch, but I’m just glad to be back into reading again.

Love the bookshelf 😍, I also just got mine & it is so cute. 'John Grisham' brings back memories of High School when we had to 'stand in line' to get a chance to read 1 book by him. OMG, the pressure that was put on you when you were a slow reader & there were others waiting 😂. Also, the 'Little Prince' is a cartoon series here in Germany & my kids used to love watching it. I never knew that it was adapted from a book.

Oh I’m so glad you got a shelf too! Love that we’re both getting into reading at the same time. Did you ever have to read aloud during class when you were in school? As a slow reader, AND a shy child, that always gave me anxiety! Haha But look at me now, talking to a bunch of strangers through a camera. My little shy self would probably be impressed. 💕📚 thanks so much for watching!

I’m on the third book in Magnolia Parks and I seriously can’t get enough of them. It’s so addicting lol.

The cover of “Magnolia Parks” is so confusing to me. I would never guess it was a romance. I thought it was fantasy. But yes, like you, I’ve heard mixed reviews. Love how you share the love of reading with your kids.

Right? I totally thought Magnolia Parks was like a cozy fantasy too until I read the synopsis. Haha 😂 What a weird marketing strategy! Thanks so much, Denise! The kids always want to be on their video games and computers, but I try to keep them interested in books! 💕📚

I look forward to hearing your thoughts on Horrorstor. Is it wrong of me to say I found it slightly humorous, even though it's a horror book? 😂 Also, I like your new bookcase. 🥰

Not at all! I think that’s Grady’s intent-I laughed out loud a couple times reading How to Sell a Haunted House, so I was hoping Horrorstor would have the same effect! Thank you! I think I only own about 20 books or so, and five of them are travel books. Lol 😆 but it’s nice to have space for them and more!

I’ve been wanting to read Emily St. John Mandel for a while, I need to get to her books sometime! Sea of Tranquility sounds interesting for sure.

I felt the same way about The Woman In Cabin 10! I have Magnolia Parks on my 24 books to read this year even though I have a good feeling I will not like it. 🤣 I'm just so curious!!

Same exact reason for picking up Magnolia Parks. I also want to read Ice Planet Barbarians for the same reason. I’m certain I’ll hate it… but will I oddly enjoy it too?? Like a guilty pleasure read. Lol 😆 if nothing else, they’re good for breaking up some of the heavier stuff I tend to gravitate toward! 💕 Thanks for watching!!
