Yay for The Tea Rose! I knew you would love it. I now want to re-read it! The only reason I think it might have been the best one was because I can’t remember the other two but doesn’t mean they weren’t great as well - I remember very few books pre-booktube! 😂

I will keep the tea rose and look to get the others at some point this year

Looking forward to the new style of weekly wrap ups! Hopefully that will be more manageable for you as well. I am glad you liked the body in the library by agatha christie! I have read that one and I had a very good time with it too. I liked the setting and it was a fun mystery to see unravel. Ooh, I didn't know the cursebreakers series was connected to foraging silver D: That is good to know. You've got some good reads ahead of you and it's nice that you want to read more translated fiction as well.

My first book this year was Royally Doris by your friend Charles Heathcote. It is my favourite of the 4 Doris books and I enjoyed it very much. I'm currently reading an Australian book, The Yield by Tara June Winch, which is excellent and along with Doris I am sure these will be two of my favourite books of the year. No emojis, they don't want to play today.

Have read Girl on The Train, The Blue Hour by Paula Hawkins. Cat And Mouse by M.J. Arlidge and just now for something lighter The Lion, the Witch and The Wardrobe again. Received yesterday The Trouble With Mrs Montgomery Hurst which I’ll read in February. Can’t find tea cup so here’s a coffee cup! ☕️😄

The tea cup emoji doesn't seem to be working. I'm working through 'The Glove maker' by Ann Weisgarber, as recommended on Celeste's channel (pacy, interesting). I'm also reading a Lulu Taylor book, it had winter in the title: 'A Winter Memory' I haven't read anything by her before, enjoying it so far.
