Alvin, your videos are so delectable, I could eat them. Smooth, luxurious, narrated with velvety tones and wonderfully edited. They are a little guilty pleasure to watch when I really have work to do but just want 10 minutes to pretend I am flying off somewhere in great luxury. Thanks for a wonderful video. Hope to fly those apex suites one day. All the best.

Oh...how I missed my two JL flights last year (SIN-HND-LAX), one of which also used the B777-300ER. Yes, I was in economy, but I managed to get a glimpse of the APEX suites and remembered standing in awe of it for a while. Too bad right now they are quite expensive even when booked from AA and AS, and now I am falling in love with JX. Well...that desire to use JL (again) and NH still remains though. Nice vid as always!

I love the colorgrading on your videos! You have the most cinematic feel of the major flight review channels. Are there presets you use?

Thanks so much! I do have a subtle LUT that I use for most of my videos

Great video, Alvin! I always love JAL's service and their food never disappoints. Also, Haneda is such a great airport to fly in and out of. I agree with the IFE system. It is really out of sync with the rest of the hard and soft product. I hope they will be able to make an update to that soon.

I particularly liked the fact that leg is not confined to seat in front, but not having enough armrest was not ideal.

Cathay pacific lounge at HND is indeed better than the JAL Sakura Lounge.
@onemoreweektogo7 ай бұрын
Definitely, next time i'll probably just stay at the Cathay Lounge!

Just to know why you went to the Cathay Pacific's lounge instead of JAL's Sakura while flying JAL's business class? Also, were you able to get access because you were flying business class or do you have one world status? Thanks for always providing us with such informative videos!

That Apex seat design is poor, particularly for Petersen, stuck in the cubby on the aisle! I loved the water vapor vortices from the fuselage--never saw that before. Great upload, Alvin.
