It's crazy to think the dreamliners are getting on to be a decade old now. Only seems like yesterday that they came into the market. Also, that A380 wingtip looked super close to the window! 2:27

I took this flight last year in business class and I had high expectations. JAL is a five star airline and they are ranked in the top tn in the Skytrak rankings. I was somewhat disappointed. The seat was not particularly comfortable for me and the cabin didn't have the business class vibe i have found on other carriers. I was expecting the food to be sensational and it was just okay. The wines were average. Although the one thing JAL excelled in was the service, it was a great crew.

i like this plane. How was the customer serrvice and seat comfort. Did you check in a bag? What was the weight

The customer service was very good I think the maximum weight is about 20 kg. The seat was very good for economy with generous leg space and good reclining angle.
