2:15 This is a model of the southernmost gate of Heian-kyo, called Rajomon. It was actually south of a temple called Toji, south of Kyoto Station. People of the time passed through this Rajomon Gate when entering the capital from the south.

I saw the waiter trying not to laugh at the ridiculously funny way they were using chopsticks. I'd be in big trouble if I went to a Japanese restaurant that only had real chopsticks.
