The trick to souffle pancakes is to separate your egg, add yolk to your mix then whip the egg white til fluffy and fold gently but fully into your mix. Whipped egg whites give you the volume you need for that puffy pancake. Love the vlog ❤

This gives me sooo much nostalgia, I used to have pancake Sundays in Japan to use up my leftover bananas 😅 strawberries are so expensive in Japan but at least they always taste good, whereas in the UK it’s always hit or miss.

I was wondering if I could get your input on Chinese culture and some history books I should buy to learn more about the Chinese culture I would love to learn more about each holiday or special event and how they are celebrated and when there's a funeral birthday how you guys go about celebrating that stuff I know if funerals the women can't really rewear their outfits they either have to donate them or burn them but I'd love to learn so much more I love Chinese culture thanks to my grandmother she was not Chinese my entire family on both sides of the family are from the United States and a little bit of the UK and way back Heritage but I love learning things about China my grandmother had a bunch of history books about China and she once taught at a American School in China for about a year and when her husband died she briefly remarried a partial Chinese guy which was really cool
