This vlog makes me so happy. I almost started crying when Niya was with Hello Kitty. God is so good and to know your family also comes from my hometown of Detroit is icing on the cake. Also glad they did not try to force the ride but thought about your safety and wanted to continue to make your experience great with passes for another ride.

Niyah meeting Hello Kitty was the sweetest thing to watch. The smile on her face was so genuine, makes all the commuting back and forth worth it right there! Also watching Niyah and Cleveland walk side by side from behind, noticed the walk the exact same way. Niyah is Cleveland mini me for sure! Loving these Japan diaries, what a great trip!

Japan has a social norm that being "large" is shameful to them so they design their infrastructure to support that concept. I just recently learned this on a documentary. They are all petrified of being "overweight ". Not a bad problem to have though.
