These one make (one engine) events are great! They really show you there's no wrong way to do a S13, S14, or S15 - slammed, stance, functional, hellaflush, etc - do your S-chassis how you like and SEND IT! These events give you a deep look at one sector of the car world. Awesome demo cars on display too from G Corporation, N Style, T&E Vertex, Origin Lab, Rodextyle, Yashio Factory, and Pro Shop Wave. The SR20DET game is strong in Japan!
Really appreciate you liking the video and sharing the channel!

Zenki's are in abundance that is very rare to see, glad I own one, I respect the way Japanese culture builds cars, they are almost all around built, track, drift, daily, its so neat
@BRICKHOUSESPL

Heck yeah, zenki love. You're pretty spot on. Most of these cars are still street registered so there has to be some compromises made in how they're built to keep them functional for each aspect.

Classic Brickhouse, opening shot full of stunners, including an Evo 9 that seems to have gotten lost into the SR parking. Then that awesome grey S15 in the outro. Loved that NA build, that's really cool to see! Keep up the great work!

This event was a good selection of nice cars. You do run into the "budget built" cars from time to time, but using authentic parts from Japanese manufactures is definitely cheaper here as well. Lots more good S-chassis love in my SR Heritage Japan video a couple uploads back.

I see they love their camber wear over there lol 🤣 I do miss the VIP style drift cars ,they used to be all the rage through the early 2000s 👌 But the stanced ones are just gross 🤮🤣 A lot of those cars would look 1000 times better with slightly narrower wheels n no camber ,especially in the rear considering it's not needed for drifting in the rear, tyres last way longer with no camber. That red one on the thumbnail was definitely a favorite 👌
@BRICKHOUSESPL
@BRICKHOUSESPL 2 жыл бұрын
For sure, this event was really a "style" drift event. Low, camber, big wheels, etc. So a very specific slice of the drift crowd in Japan. A typical day at most tracks will have a majority of the car with a very "functional" stance and setup - higher, less camber in the rear, etc. I enjoy seeing these cars because there's such dedication to the style aspect as they know full well it would perform better set up differently.
@yongling9825

Depending on how much your rear end squats, you'd need some positive camber.
