You just have to fill out the address for stay, no need to add guarantor for tourist visa

No Gst is not compulsary, you can also share bank statements of the company and incorporation certificate

Yes, you need to mention who is covering your expenses. If you, yourself, are covering the expenses, you have to show your bank statements with enough balance to spend, and also salary slips etc if you have those to prove your consistent income.

Yes it should be okay and you can write a cover letter with itinerary and explaining the missing itr too. And try to strengthen your paperwork in the coming years! Will help you in visa stuff

Hey, I think you will have to go as individuals because Japan asks people to create individual visa appointments even if you are a part of a family/group

Yes of course, it is possible. Just make sure it doesn’t raise any concerns about you trying to find a job there. Include your case in your cover letter

I have not seen any exemption for your case on the Japanese consulate website but if you want to check, try calling or writing to the Japanese embassy in Australia and see what they say. Most probably, they will ask you to get the evisa

Never recommended to share ties with the country you are traveling to. It could alert the authorities that there are chances of immigration for your profile. just mention tourism purpose and an itinerary to support your application

They have airport wifi which you can use! Make sure the app is already downloaded. Everyone else will be struggling with the same thing, don't worry :D Just have your app signed in and ready. Get airport wifi before you pass the immigration
