I will be honest. Japan government only has themselves to blame. Just like how we blame the American government for tolerating these online fools and harassers. I do understand that in the law, they have a hard time placing these behaviors as an illegal activity, since with current laws, it wouldnt necessarily be illegal.. just annoying. However, i do feel we need to start making these types of annoying behavior towards strangers as misdemeanors. We shouldn't be encouraging people to be a nuance in public to people they dont even know.

Well, if being a public nuisance and harassing other people who are just minding their business for your entertainment is a “blacktivity”, then I guess not and I don’t blame them. I mean we can’t forget about the Logan Pauls who were acting like this well before it just recently started becoming a trend..but if I’m honest this is usually moreso behavior I see from black “men”-and I feel like it’s usually aimed at white people or Asian, like there is typically underlying racism behind a lot of it. Regardless, no country should be tolerating people from other countries coming in and disrespecting their culture, not following the rules and harassing its citizens.
