Have you noticed that when Godzilla visits Tokyo he usually stops by the railway station and lets out a big roar. Then he picks up a train car full of people with his mouth. I recently found an App for my phone that translates Godzilla Roar. What Godzilla says before he picks up the train car full of people in his mouth is " Itadakimasu " . It is nice to know he gives thanks before enjoying his giant Bento Box meal.

I don't understand why you must take a shower on the train. Can't you have it before you leave your home or hotel or have it after the train journey. You don't sweat on the train, do you? I find it very troublesome and I can't enjoy a full shower as there's time limit.
@experience_japan10 ай бұрын
It's a valid point! Showers on trains are indeed more about offering convenience for long-distance travelers. However, everyone's comfort level is different. It might be more about the option being there than a must-use. Hopefully, your journey is comfortable in other ways!

The walk through coupling of the trains look very familiar to the Dutch 'Doorloopkop' trains, almost identical. The complete coupling and decoupling went all automatically.
