Japan's first superhero was rebooted in the 60s! was it innovative or lame?

uhhhhh i fucked up lol the Golden Bat anime actually has 4 episodes fan translated AND was not done by Toei but the now defunct Daichi Doga and furthermore was some early directing work for Nobouru Ishiguro, long before he became well known for Yamato, Macross, and Orguss. Also Daiji Kazumine was kind of a jobber but he did the first Ultraman manga and did a buncha other cool stuff in the 60s and 70s so maybe thats not fair to say. As well I come to find that the man passed not long ago so may he rest in peace. That Ultraseven btw was the one he did with Jiro Kuwata, i dunno why I thought it was a different thing. FINALLY these stories were actually written by Kato Kouji, Kazumine only did the art. alright I think that corrects all my comical errors.
