I like the design of the Okame Ekiben, the mask motif gives it a more exotic look. But I would be more inclined to eat the second one and that has a nice box with it.

The least space efficient vending machine I've seen, it function more like a display locker than a vending machine. Perhaps it was initially designed for other stuff like high end souvenirs or jewelry..idk

Very nice vending machine, but the price in Canadian dollars seems a bit steep. I suppose I was thinking mainly that I'd be disappointed with the sukiyaki and steak Benton; it looked sad. The Okame box was pretty and the food looked yummy, but I think the eel might have been my favourite to eat.

Indeed, I think the bento sold at the station is a bit expensive and the quantity is small.

What are the containers made of? And are they reusable? Or recyclable?

It's made of styrofoam. It varies from region to region, but I think it is often washed and recycled.

@@BonjinDiary Thank you. I saw in a video of another Travel Tuber and they stated that some of the bentos had bamboo trays and I was wondering if those were the same or similar.
