Kana Yura is certainly young looking, but I don't think she looks like a child. We're also in a world where there's actually options out there for someone who was formerly in porn (see Shibuya Kaho), so it's not exactly career ending. It is unusual for a girl of Kana's height to be in porn, but so long as she's not being harmed, and she keeps it safe, it's really up to her, it's her body after all. In fact, there's MUCH shorter girls than her in porn, and that's not just in Japan. I would say that 15 is early to lose ones virginity, but it's not uncommon. I would say though... I've heard it's not really supposed to hurt the first time. Generally, that tends to happen because a partner is either a bit big, or is too rough. There's a reason foreplay exists, it's to ready the recipient - although heck, some people get their kicks from just the foreplay, so really it's all about communication and doing what BOTH you and your partner want, and not overstepping if they say no. It might sound odd to think of sex like a conversation, but well, it kinda is. I just hope that Kana is well informed with regards to the difficulties of the AV industry. All we know for certain is that once it's gone, it's gone. It doesn't grow back. In fact, these patriarchal cultures probably believe getting the hymen examined is such a good test because they tend to forbid their girls from doing worthwhile amounts of exercise. The irony is that by getting it 'checked', they're causing wear to occur. That said, these examinations are not actually about checking to see if the woman is a virgin or not. It's about controlling bodily autonomy and treating the woman like an object, and unfortunately, women who grow up in these societies don't realise that's the case (or are brainwashed at such an early age as to believe that this is normal). It's highly unusual for a hymen to be still closed by the time a female is an adult, but that is typically why women seek surgery on it, not necessarily because of 'thickness'. This is why I say pain from first penetration can be avoided, because if the wear down happens over time, there's a good chance that it's not going to be there to cause the pain we tend to associate with first time sex.
