Japan has taught me the best definition of a "Customer"! RECEIVER is the CUSTOMER! So everything has to be... or rather must be customer centric. This coupled with the right amount of technology , AI/ML, Industry 4.0 etc. at right time and only where necessary can do magic and this gives birth to customer centric automation ! Try it out. It works wonders. Thank you Dr G for the unique opportunity and learning experience in Japan!!

Madhumita, thank you very much for your appreciative comment. When Khushboo, Rashmi and I visited Japan in 2019 during Diwali, we wondered if we could bring some great aspects of Japan with a meaning behind them. Most videos about Japan are from the American point if view are are portrayed rather as funny or just unusual things because they can't catch the cultural underpinning. It was my 42 visit and I was so happy these two thought of presenting bits of Japan differently. You may also find some nice clips in our other video on Kaizen.

This video is so cool 👌🏻 reliving japan and its ingenuity! I recently visited Germany which many claim is at par or even better than Japan. But I can confidently say that Japan is miles & miles ahead in terms of people & processes.

Happy Sir, thanks for the video. Need advice. I want to do Black Belt course. Which institute is better?. Thanks in advance
@DrG7202145 жыл бұрын
Thank you Arun Kumar. Unfortunately, I do not really know which would be the best institute to do a Black Belt course from. You may like to look at the technique of Differential Diagnosis, which is a beyond black belt level technique. I have a video on it in this channel. It can be easily found under Problem Diagnosis. Shain techniques and technique laid down by Kepner and Tregoe - this one in my video are the world's most powerful problem solving techniques.

This makes me wonder, what's the meaning of automation if it's not customer centric? Not much! Thank you for sharing the video with us sir, we'd never be able to get a glimpse of all this otherwise.
