I stumbled across your channel last week and really love your videos and storytelling. This one really resonated with me and helped with some of my own reflections at the moment. I’m coming to Tokyo in October for a holiday and I’ve been busy writing down all of the great places you’ve introduced in your videos. You’re inspiring and I really appreciate your content. Thank you :)

hi - thank you for sharing. beautiful videos. makes me want to go back to visit japan again. i recently went through a similar "quarter life crisis" and we seem to share similarities in how we think (although i'm ~a decade older). Two books really helped me reframe and they might be worth a shot for you too. Hope it helps. (1) the untethered soul by michael singer and (2) 101 essays that will change the way you think by brianna wiest. good luck to you and ill be looking forward to continuing to check out more of your japan vlogs!

Thank you so much for your kind words! It's always nice to know that I'm not the only one going through this And I appreciate your book recommendations as well, the untethered soul was actually in my cart for a while but your comment inspired me to take the final step - thank you 😊

You know it’s really normal to feel the way you do, I think 20’s are a real difficult transition for many people especially when you’ve moved to a new culture. You’ll be good 👍 keep expressing yourself this way.
