hi - thank you for sharing. beautiful videos. makes me want to go back to visit japan again. i recently went through a similar "quarter life crisis" and we seem to share similarities in how we think (although i'm ~a decade older). Two books really helped me reframe and they might be worth a shot for you too. Hope it helps.
