You're so lucky!! I want to go to one of these cafes one day... it's too bad they didn't have that much food. But everything always looks so cute and yummy (or even if it doesn't taste as good as it look haha at least the experience was fun). I bet the chefs that work in those cafes love always making up new recipes inspired by different shows and games lol. you make a cute sailor mars btw!

I also had a chance to go to the sailor moon cafe, I went on April 13th and yeah I agree that the food wasn't that tasty, though it looked super cute! I kind of wish that the staff was dressed in sailor moon cosplay :3

Hi Kim, I'm going to be visiting Japan in early June and I want to visit the Cardcaptor Sakura animate cafe. Using Google translate I've managed to find out they have it in Okayama/Sendai while I'm there. I am, however, struggling figuring out how to book for a spot. Is there any chance of you providing a guide? I know they won't release it to general sale until 19th May. Hope you can help.

The drinks sound expensive but I think 1000 yen for the deserts sounds alright! Especially for a sailor moon place :) Were the drinks alcoholic lol? Then that sounds like a fine price I wish I could've gone!! Maybe when I go to Japan later this year something else will open up.
