I like how you compared the locations with scenes from the anime. I spent Hatsumode at the Hikawa Shrine in Akasaka a few years ago. It was a dream come true to be there!

Thank you so much!! 🥰 Azabujuban has always been one of my favorite areas in Tokyo 💕 The shrines must be much more crowded during hatsumode though!

@@mochapinku The Akasaka Hikawa Shrine was crowded, but not too much. It was fine 🙂 I was living near the Tokyo Midtown, for a few months so it was really close to my apartment. I really miss Tokyo already, coming back for Xmas to see the Sailor Moon manholes

Thank you very much for the video. I was able to add new places to my Sailor Moon Tokyo list. I have two questions that I hope you do not mind answering: 1) Aren't there any places with real-life connections to Sailor Venus, Mercury and Jupiter? I know you mentioned a place that Sailor Mercury frequented in the beginning of this video and that the girls appeared as a group a few times, but I was wondering if the spots related to the the those three were not based on anything real or if they were simply not in Azabujuban. 2) The milk bread you mentioned... is it the round one or the rectangular whole loaf that is in the promo pictures? Sorry, I do not know any Japanese, so I could not tell from the images that came up as a result of my Google search😅

I'm so glad you were able to add new places to your list!! 🥰Regarding other real-life connections to Sailor Venus, Mercury, and Jupiter, I could really only confirm the Statue of Kimi-chan in the Patio Juban area in the anime! Sailor Mercury also has a scene with Mamoru here too 💙Both the Statue of Kimi-chan and Patio Juban are in Azabujuban and are relatively close to the station! I don't think these places have much connection to actual plot of the story, but you can see the area occasionally appear in the background of the anime 😊I think Sailor Venus might have had some brief scenes in a place called Minatomirai but I wasn't able to 100% confirm this 🥲Also, the milk bread is the large circular loaf with paper wrapped on the sides! Last time I visited they had a strawberry one, but I think for summer they were selling a mango one this year 💕🫓 It's kind of large but super tasty!!

@@mochapinku hello again! Thank you so much for your detailed response. That's OK - I'm content with the number of places you've found. I was just curious. I love that there is a real life connection. It makes the anime much more interesting to me, as I had no idea of that when I was watching it as a kid😌The circular bread does look more appetizing, so I'm glad that's the right one. I hope I will be able to sample it and perhaps a seasonal item once I make it to Tokyo.

Thank you for this video ! No Usagi's house or approximate?
@mochapinku8 ай бұрын
Thank you! 💕 I know Usagi lives in the Azabujuban area, but I'm not too sure if there is a specific real-life house that the Tsukino home is based on!

Have you seen the tuxedo unmasked site, there is a plan of Azabu Juban. you can see a few houses there....but there are quite few in this area and they are very expensive!

@@SailorBelmont That's so cool!! I haven't seen that site but I'll be sure to check it out to see the houses. Thank you so much or the recommendation ☺💕 And yes! The houses in Azabujuban very nice but quite pricey!
