My Friend you won't have to wait until you are 80 to reflect back and have joy about the letters. My girls are 22 and 20 now. They used to write letters to Santa and when he delivered the presents on Christmas Eve, he would leave them each a letter next to the empty cookie plate. The letters talked about how proud their parents are of all they accomplished that year and what parents were looking forward to seeing them do in the next year. I was always the letter writer too- must be something we mom's like to do for our children. Every year on Christmas I think back to the nights of writing letters and it makes me smile. My girls have saved many of them over the years and that makes me smile all the more. I hope your children find joy in their letters as they become young men and women. God Bless 🥰

I always like it that Japan and daiso in particular have smaller snack bags. you can buy more falvours without having big bags of all. The pink mochi looks cute! Sweet tradition the santa letters. My daughter just gives her wishlist and that's it. It's mama santa's job to find it hahaha. She got some legos as well as well as a lot of pokemon things. Yes, those will be full of fun, precious memories, I'm sure, Linna! I love Mochi...so pleasing, both in taste & texture...especially the red bean & peanut ones...haven't tried them all yet...still a bit hesitant, without knowing what they'll taste like. haha The marinade really looks like it will taste so good. So good too, that you all went out for lunch, to enjoy the day together, instead of cooking all day. Your Christmas Eve dinner looked so nice & I'm glad you made it simple, but it looks elegant too! Too cute the table for Santa & his reindeer & that Santa ate his cookie & the reindeer must have loved the carrots!!! lol lol Your husband has very good taste when picking out your handbags...this one is so pretty too.
