Hey there... they do give you a powerbank to charge it on the go. or any other power bank that uses Micro USB is good to go!

Whats the difference bwtween 5GB and 10GB package? Do they still run at the same speed?

Hey there. Sorry I'm not sure about the 5GB/10GB condition, JapanWireless offers unlimited data plan on their pocket wifi as far as I know. But speed difference varries from their Business Wifi (95Mbps) vs the Premium Wifi (187Mbps) More info: www.japan-wireless.com/en/rates

@@AxiumKnight It was alright. I had initially planned on shipping it to the airport- but found out the post office would be closed when I would arrive, so they kindly shipped it to my hotel. The service didn’t work well sometimes- but restarting the device always fixed it for me. Most of the time it’s full bars, but it *feels* like it only had 2 bars of 4g/LTE generally- which is fairly good. For the price, it’s a steal and worth it. 👍

Hey there, unfortunately no. If I remember correctly it uses NTT DOCOMO Japan side provider ONLY.

Hey, it’s better to reserve it when u land at either airports beforehand. They do support last minute reservation. Highly recommend to get it reserved tho, easier for them and for you to get it sorted.

He was from Tokyo or close proximity to city limits & was very involved in Karate. Would you have any ideas where to start? Last address I see on a letter mailed to my dad in Honolulu was from Mitaka-shi, Tokyo

Which plan did you get? The Premium WiFi suggests a speed of 187Mbps but you are only getting 22? I realise 187 is best conditions but that's a pretty huge difference in speed.

Hey there, I’m using the premium Wifi Super Long Plan for now. Yeah I’m aware they advertise it at 187Mbps. But I’ve never surpass 30-40Mbps. Download speeds at most 5-6Mbs at most normally 3-4. Think I’ve email them about it, saying it’s the city area some are just like that. But this is no means a competition over optic fiber 🤔 Personal day to day use have no problems getting most things done. “Most”

@@kendidshoots Ah ok. I was considering getting for work but as I will be using a lot of data it doesn't sound really feasible. Maybe I will just go an internet cafe when I need to download large files and use this on a regular day to day like you. Which city are you in? Does that make a big difference?

@@PlayingKarrde I’m currently in Tokyo! Yeah by far from a pocket wifi point of view. That has unlimited data, this is the cheapest and easy to apply as a tourist/foreigner. Not sure if there are better deals for locals, but don’t think locals will even consider this🤣 Have to say fiber speeds are next level fast, but for the price I’m paying I’m not complaining 😢

The worst service I got the router but it was without network, I paid for the premium, and they did not reply back to my complaint

Yeah, it is pretty medioocre, just for getting internet to browse. Not gonna compare it do Wi-Fi / Fibre level speeds of course.

Friend I have purchased this device in Pakistan today. I was shocked 😳 to see that 5GHz wifi was not working here. Can you turn on 5 GHz wifi mode? It's signals are also fluctuating very much. I have another Huawei device 525 4G+. This device gives me static and strong signals at the same place where 602HW is not giving good signals. I was expecting to have strong and static signals with this device.

Hey there, mmm never knew Japan wireless works all the way in Pakistan? Or are you using Pakistan network? From my usage 5g in Japan work’s intermittently as it connects and disconnects compared to 4g, have no trouble with static issues tho 🧐
