Another great video! We think you have found area of strength as a KZbinr: videos that are beautifully shot and edited featuring the lesser known spots that are peaceful and just as interesting and appealing as the more well-known ones like the Nara deer park.

Excellent video, this is what is needed most , showing you can go to a popular region but explore very less well known but stunning location! We need influencers like you who showcase less known spots to the world!

Thank you for watching and message Henry san. Exactly as you said, without too much travel, you can access quiet places like these. (Sorry your comment didn't come up during the Christmas live and I noticed after.) :)

It's more amazing that you went to Nara at least 3 times. :) I wasn't in a rush but I wish I could have a little more time at Muroji.

such beautiful views, truly magical, I would really like to see Japan during the falling leaves, but I want to see fireflies and sea fireflies, so I will visit Japan again in June, July.

I like early summer in Japan too. Very picturesque with deep greens and late sunset. :)

A lot of people should watch this to get an idea of other things to do in Nara, as for most tourists it will be Toadiji and the Nara deer that they'll only manage to see.

Hi Kengo, I love these types of videos. My goal is to have a leisurely walk and enjoy the beauty of Japan's art, architecture, gardens, history, and culture without having to worry about passing through throngs of people. The Autumn foliage was gorgeous. I really need to find a Japanese maple tree for my garden. Haseji Cafe with its lovely garden is my kind of place to stop and rest. The hotel was very nice. I wouldn't mind not having a desk as I would be there to relax after a long day of exploring. Beautifully shot and very informative. So calm and serene. Thank you.

Thank you for watching and your message about the video. I'm glad you liked these types of videos. "Haseji" only has warm noodle with persimon sushi in Winter, but it was a nice feeling to sit down as they welcome with a cup of hot roasted green tea. The hotel is very clean and has nice spa on the roof top. It was nice to see the clouds and moutains from outdoor bath. :) I hope you can find Japanese maple in UK.🍁

Oh my goodness...The view when you lingered for a moment on the steps leading up to Muroji Temple was breathtaking, Kenchan. Through your eyes, it made me feel as if I was there. Truly, truly lovely! I intended to visit to Japan early this year, but due to a very serious accident 7 months ago, I will now have to put it on hold for 18 months. But I take heart watching your wonderful sojourns around Japan as they give me the incentive to recover as well as I can. Best wishes to you for the New Year, Kenchan 🤗...So pleased I managed to stay awake until the early hours to catch your Livestream the other day!

Thank you very much for watching and your kind comment Wendy san! I'm really sorry to hear about your accident and I appreciate you for sharing. I am grateful that I can share my travel from across Japan with you, and I'm honored to hear that it's becomeing incentive to recover. I wish you the best to get recovered as soon as possible. Also, thank you so much for watching the live stream from 3 am UK time! It was so much fun to have you in the chat! :)🌟

@tokyokenchan ...Thank you so much for saying, Ken chan. I really do appreciate your lovely and thoughtful words🤗 Positivity all the way, is the way to go! Yes indeed. 🥰 your Livestream! I think another visit to the lake at Ueno Park might be on the cards, once the warmer weather arrives. I got the impression you were keen to have a splash around in one of the boats', hopefully not in the lake!😄

Beautiful video! I was surprised to see how nice and considerate the bus driver is. I live in London, and if I told the bus driver that a seat was wet, they would just tell me to sit on another seat and that's it. I think most people wouldn't even bring up the wet seat. Interesting to see this cultural difference!

Its such a different world from downtown Nara: so peaceful, and not many visitors. So thank you so much for sharing Kengo. The skyspa at the hotel you stayed at looks great, and both temples and the shrine look so beautiful, especially with the autumn colours. I wonder, in a shinto shrine, do female priests have the same "rank" as male priests ? P.S. the drivers of the first bus you took, seemed so kind and worried about the wet seat you had.
@tokyokenchan18 күн бұрын
Thank you always. I appreciate you noticed how kind the driver was. :) The skyspa was very nice. Very clean and has a nice smell always. Outdoor is perfect for the evening. I actually haven't seen female monk in person and I think it's only be seen in certain group of buddhist temples.

Kengo-san, you did a wronderful work. For those who are rather interested in the off-the-beaten paths, this is an amazing and very helpful episode. All these three locations for me are "I've heard the names but don't know where," and _I_ learned so much.
@tokyokenchan18 күн бұрын
Hideki san, thank you for watching and your comment.
I’ve fallen in love with Nara thanks to your video and definitely plan to visit. However, I noticed that you wake up quite early. My question is whether waking up early in some places might disrupt the trip, as certain attractions-like in Tokyo-don’t open that early. This could potentially affect the sleep schedule during the trip.

While these sites are beautiful in themselves, the real beauty is that they are not yet overun with the mass tourism hoards.
