One of the good things about Japan there are SO many Familymarts, 7/Elevens, Lawson's everywhere and the workers are so fast I've never encountered a line more than one person ahead of me, but having a Suica card might give it a try next time. Thanks for the video!

Thank you. At an early date, 7/eleven will be unmanned shop like Amazon GO.

These machines aggravate me to no end. There's a list of available payment methods including credit cards, but clicking on it just displays them and doesn't allow you to pay with it. I never have this problem at 7/11

I love these how-to videos! Is there a limit to how many items you can purchase at self check-out?

Excellent video. One thing I don't understand, in 0:40 you choose T-card not available, and then you pay with Suica. Is Suica not a T-card? I think I'm missing something. Thanks for your video!

T-card is points card(membership/member's card),Don't mind either way to join. But Suica is electronic money.

Great! Thanks!! I went to Tokyo last year, and used a Suica for trains/metro/vending machines. I'm going again in July, so I'll think I'll give it a try at the self-check out if I find one.

actually Lawson, 711, family mart, or any other market place (any suggestion?) to buy things more cheaper (or reasonable price)?.. think of buying some tit bits or chocolate as a souvenir to my friends & family.. thanks~~

Lawson, 711,family mart, and other connivence stores set fixed price but always new line up. AEON, Ito yokado, Value price, Seiyu, and other super markets set market price and discount prices.
