Japanese actor Shouki Fukae was crew in the Shinano. He was lucky to survived the attack.

I have two of this model kit. The first one I put together as normal. The second one I gave an arctic camouflage scheme and put some Betty Bombers of the deck for an alternate history diorama where the Shinano is on a suicide mission to bomb the U.S West Coast (Reverse Doolittle raid)

That was cool, I didn’t do the original camouflage on the ship, because it is some hard to paint, and most importantly is that, I didn’t have the right color, and I’m lazy……

No it doesn’t , because it is . So you can just see the things above the waterline.^^

I like Japanese battle, because I like the shape, and most of the models are Japanese ship. By the way it’s fine to speak Japanese because I’m learning it^^

懐かしいキットですね。中学生の頃に作りました。タミヤにしては？と言う印象でした。隼鷹の出来が良すぎて比べてしまいましたね。

同感であります。ベースが大和のままと言うのも辛いですし、甲板上構造物はタミヤだなあ！とは思いますが。隼鷹は現代でも通用する傑作キットでしたな。エレベーターとか、ビビりました！

You didn't paint the deck or the aircraft. So much detail left out. No weathering. You put more effort into editing this video than the model itself. My favorite part is the 5 minutes of black screen at the end

微妙です。エアブラシがあるなら、迷彩はやって欲しかったのと、飛行甲板くらいは塗装したほうがよかったのでは？と思う。
