soap bar even wet is not an ideal environment for bacteria to grows actually. well they are there but they wont really thriving and multiplying since they have anti-bacterial property. and about that diamond mascara? LOL yeah, charcoal and diamond is actually have the same ingredient which is carbon.

well for the bar soap 1st world problem. there is a trick that you can make a loop with thread. just punch thru with needle and make a loop, after that you can just hang it , so it wont be damp and sticky if you put it down. it will dry faster and it will last longer.

Imo bar soap is the best for really getting your skin super clean! I use the one from clinique for dry skin and I don't break out anymore or have super dry skin like before. It also lasts foreeeeever!

You should cut the Pelican no foundation soap into tiny bits and use the tiny bits bit by bit when you need to use it like I mean cut it into smaller pieces and use the smaller pieces when you need it so it won’t be wet and soggy which you don’t like

My boss hope does not stay wet all day. You can purchase a very small grate to put on top of your soap dish and you set it on there and it dries all the way around.

Over the years I feel like she's really getting slipshod, anyhow rate and there isnt any real basis on her score. Sometimes she gives like 15 or 20 out of 10. like hmm? and then for a mascara that works, but not very well, a 0?! I feel like it can be a little bit more standardized or fair comparisons for all ratings, like use some standard factors of consideration, e.g. cost, ease of use, effectiveness, etc) rather than just going by gut feel, because it just ends up being very extreme, 1-2 or 9-10 most of the time.

Anne W I think she solely rates the items according to what the items claim to do. For the mascara, it claims to be able to increase the volume by 176% but when she tried it, it was very hard to use and didn't really increase the volume of her lashes. Thus it was given a low mark.

Basically, the products either works or sucks, plus she rates according to how its claims it supposed to do, and she does give ratings of 4,5,6,7,7.5 etc so i don't see the problem, if u don't agrre to the rating then just try it urself and see how it works and leave a comment abt the product instead. :)

Japanese products, like most Asian Beauty products, are mostly misses for me and way lower quality compared to the Western counterparts. For eg. The highly raved about Heroine Make mascara did nothing for me and its fibres poked my eye really bad (which has never happened to me before).

Majolica Majorca is a young girls brand, plus it's a drugstore version of Shiseido, it's cheap and affordable by many young people, that's why their popular, their blushes are good though, you should try high end Japanese brands, like POLA, Albion, Flowfushi, Addiction by Ayako, most peeps suggest drugstore Japanese brands and Idk why, I felt so cheated after knowing so many high end Japanese brands 😂 Not saying all Japanese drugstore brand is bad though, I had good plus bad experiences with western and asian brands, but it's such an exciting feeling when I know more expensive brands

My blushes last forever for me, so I don't really buy them anymore. But thanks for the recommendation! Yea, the Flowfushi eyeliner is really good!! A little too long-lasting compared to most eyeliners though. I have to go through the extra step of using eye makeup remover to remove it completely so I only use it for special occasions. Anddd it's not accessible in SG, even if it were, I'm sure its price would be comparable to western big brands eyeliners. Didn't try their mascara though. Btw the fairydrops mascara I tried a few years back was the best I've ever tried for my sparse and short Asian lashes but I can't find them anywhere anymore!! :( Yea, not all Japanese drugstore brands are bad. But in my personal and limited experience, they were mostly misses for me. A few years back, I used the Kate gel pot eyeliner to tightline, and they poked my eyes so bad I couldn't open them until I removed it.
