The Maruman mini is great for making your own instruction manual for tasks at work (how to use the postage printer, how to clean the kitchen, how to retrieve and forward messages on the archaic phone system, just for a few). I have started a new job, and use these (plus the a5 campus binders) for my different study "subjects" (daily tasks, long term projects with other departments, new software processes I'm learning) where I'm taking notes and then rewriting/updating parts of them for my long term use. And GET A HOLE PUNCH to add printouts. Pull out a page, add a page, until it's just right. I made my own desk calendar with an a5 and weekly calendar pages I can print on blank a5 sheets. I have taken the treat myself to a new work toy to my favorite toy shop. I do have to hide the nice pens in an ugly pen case.

Marumang and kokuyo has very soft loose leaf papers, and I enjoy them so much! It’s a bit expensive in where I live, South Korea, but it’s worth it. Thank you for telling us about binder clean up time - it is a must to binder ppl like me, cause when you don’t clean them up, it will make you overwhelmed. In my case, I use little flashcard folder after I used b7 loose leaf. The problem is, I also like American- ish 3 hole letter size, too. I think I have some hard- decision-making disorder thing… 😭 too many favorite bungu lol but anyway, JetPens youtube makes my bungu decision to be more clear. Thank you always!

Those binders with soft plastic rings made my day. I still can feel pain of multiple pitches. The ability the notes around is helpful, especially with the different sized paper. As an undiagnosed until my 50’s person with ADHD, it overwhelms me. Too easy to misfile notes, to rip pages when I get impatient, and to over organize the physical binder (rather than study class notes). But I am jealous; that’s a sweet binder

Carl Gauge Punch holder is the most versatile hold puncher. It is designed for versatility and functionality. This product might be a birthday gift for me this year. I had resorted back to binders to hold recipes from past workplaces, and other restaurants.

Love these maruman and kokuyo loose leaf binders. They are super versatile. Sometimes I don't have time to write stuff down (i'm a super slow writer 😌), I'll just type the notes and print them out on these loose leaf papers. That way i can save time while still having my notes neat and organized 😆

I prefer to use disc-bound notebooks and paper because it gives me the most versatility without having to deal with binder clamps and pinches. I have a disc-bound hole-punch so I can print pages out and add them to my notebook as needed. I recently got a whole massive pack of dot-grid paper for it, so I can use it for bullet journalling, printed planner pages, and notes pages for school all in the same binder. And if I fill up the binder, I can change out the discs for bigger ones - no problem.

So, I know you guys have done videos on the techo style planners before. But a lot of them are older and they don't necessarily compare the different ones very well. I'd love an in-depth video specifically comparing the Hobonichi Techo and the Jibun Techo from Kokuyo (just the diary and not the biz or DAYS). For planner newbies like me, I really don't know how to choose. I have watched a few of y'all's videos and other videos around the internet comparing them, but I still feel lost. I also think there's an untapped market of dry erase videos for you guys to make. Popular US dry erase markers SUCK. I picked up the Writechs and Knockles from you guys along with the Staedtler and I'm just blown away. Talking about the different varieties, ink types, how dry erase works, and how to care for dry erase surfaces would be super helpful and I think it's not something a lot of people talk about even in today's overcrowded internet cafe of discourse TM. I actually have a lot of video ideas, but I don't work for you guys lol. These are just the things I as a JetPens fan would love to see y'all cover specifically. Thanks for attending my Tedtalk!

Question for JetPens & Session users: since the cover is so flexible, I feel like I need a slightly-hard case in which to store it when transporting it. Any preferences? 🤔
@laprimanerda73332 ай бұрын
I have one that I’m using for D&D games. It’s new so i can’t speak to the long term yet but the cover hasn’t been an issue in my bag at this point - BUT it’s held fairly stable and upright due to my soft dice bag and players handbook.

I still don't understand the study planner paper. I was looking for something similar to Hobonichi Cousin's weekly layout for time blocking and thought Kokuyo's study papers would work... but I still have no idea what I'm looking at with those things.
