What an epic gathering. The footage you shot out on the road was great too. It was cool to see a lot of actual JDM cars there - I'm always surprised to see a driver reaching out of the right-side window to bump fists or shake someone's hand. It was great to see so many classic Japanese bikes as well. For me there will never be a better looking car coming out of Japan than the Datsun 240z (and this is coming from a Honda S2000 guy). I was already around when the 240z first came out and the appeal of the original Z has never faded. I've owned some other Japanese classics before they were considered classics: I drove a '77 Toyota Celica GT Coupe back in the 80's until I traded it in on a brand new '87 Honda CRX Si.
