What if the next game is a Korean War one? You'd have world war 2 and late 40's early 50's weaponry and vehicles, small usage of utility helicopters but not to Vietnam levels Plus the ability to shed light on the forgotten war

Rising storm 3 should be the Korean war. Literally no games are Media ever talks about it. It would keep the theme of Asian conflicts with the US and it would be a whole new world of opportunity while also being very close to WW2 all the same weaponry would be used

Nah mate, I'm pretty tired of WWII shooters. Not only was RO, RO2, and Rising Storm all set in WWII, but there's recent games like Post Scriptum, Hell Let Loose, and Battlefield V. WWII FPS's are not in short supply. Rather have more diverse settings for an RO3. Or at least rarely explored theaters. Korean War, or the Soviet-Afghan War, or maybe the Second (or even the First) Sino-Japanese War. Something different.

@@slimemyhouse9877 The Korean War started only 5 years after the end of WWII. The U.S. just used WWII equipment during it, the two conflicts were so close. It's less modern than Rising Storm 2's Vietnam War setting, even if that is a spin-off. Don't see how that is "too modern". Perhaps the Soviet-Afghan War, on the other hand; is "too modern", but it's a conflict I've rarely seen depicted in video games. Besides, some variation in the series would be interesting. I think the Second Sino-Japanese War would be interesting, but I fear it would just end up as a rehash of Rising Storm but with the U.S. faction replaced with a shittly armed one. Ultimately, I'm not a game designer. I'm just speculating on good potential picks.
