@@AmnaSadaf-b4z Thank you😊I looked into Pakistani embroidery. It's colorful and attractive.

Your embroidery is absolutely beautiful, and I love your technique. I always wanted to learn Japanese embroidery, but unfortunately have never had the opportunity to learn about it. So these videos are an absolute delight. Thank you for sharing your art with us.
i love this!! you have incredible skill, i am in awe. i was worried about how all the different techniques would work in the end, but it looks so lovely all together !!! i also adore your color choices, you were so right to go for the high contrast dark thread, and the gold contour is such a nice finishing touch. very happy to have found your channel 💕💗💕

Thank you☺️I use starch paste to hold the threads in place. Starch paste is good because it keeps the fabric soft even after it hardens.
Очень красиво, нежно, аккуратно! И техника интересная, попробую повторить!

Wonderful embroidery! Where do you buy your thread? Do you use the texture of the fabric to order your stitches?
@zerotodona14955 ай бұрын
My grandma used to make houses (I think that was more free hand cross stitch though). Sadly I don’t have one… my aunt stole them when my grandpa passed. I have an incomplete one and cherish it a lot. Your needle work reminds me of the pillows she would make sewing. She made humming birds and butterflies.

Beautiful. What is that tool called that you use to help lay your thread flat? 🤔 i can use that in my cross stitch. 😊
@shizusa.silkembroidery7 ай бұрын
It's called a "Kotebari." It's a tool used in Japanese embroidery. You can use a thicker needle, such as a needle for yarn, instead.🙆🏻♀️

What kind of thread was that white that you twisted? I haven't ever seen thread that didn't knot when you do that
@shizusa.silkembroidery6 ай бұрын
In Japanese embroidery, we use untwisted silk thread, and like the white thread, we twist it ourselves as needed.🪡

I understand that you are using a silk thread, but what is base fabric? Is it also silk, or cotton or something else?
As anyone who does needlework is dying to see... may we please see the back of your work for as we all know THAT is where the magic happens.

Try using spool thread for sewing machines. Or use 6 stranded cotton thread for embroidery/ cross stitching. The strands of the thread can be separated to create a more refined look.
