That is waaaaaaaaay too much soy sauce in the soft boiled eggs girl. It makes the egg too salty and inedible. And it is the wrong kind of sauce. You should be using dark soy sauce, maybe about a teaspoon is plenty, no more than two.. Then if you put in a drop or two of light soy sauce, it really makes the eggs pop. Don't forget to add pepper also.

That last Michelin one, the shrimp with all that egg! And the stuffed dofu at the same place and that eggplant! And I'm obsessed with Hainan chicken and how it should really look and taste so it was great you did that! High Potential had ONE brief trailer after the last episode to psyche you for the next season starting Jan 7 and you were IN IT together with the star!
