I spend the day learning to make tamales hondureños in El Progreso, Honduras. You'll see the process step-by-step (including grinding corn at the mill, chopping firewood, and cutting banana leaves with a machete); learn about Villa Soleada, the village that my organization helped build; and meet some of our students. At the end, the Hondurans rate my "Japanese" tamales from a 0-100.
