the genre name hi tech full on was named from lapix himself to discripe the songs with 145 bpm electro house complextro style of music many people called japanese hi tech but hi tech full on already descripe it

Japanese Hitech can be Trance, Electro House, Full On, some kind of Techno, Coplextro, etc., but it will never be Hitech as we normally know it. These artists use the concept "Hitech" to refer to a kind of "Full On" or "Electro House" with peculiar heavy and closed basses. What I said reduces the style a lot, but it is a necessary annotation to understand it.

many people are really confuse about you cant fuse hi tech and full on but actually you can and so hi tech full on is born the hi tech part is obviously the dubstep/complextro bass sequence while the full on is likely the melodic part of the genre and the tempo at 145 bpm that it gave

japanese hi-tech also goes by another name "hi-tech full on" which was coined by lapix (one of the artists in this video), so this is as japanese hi-tech as it gets
