I love the concept and design; my only concern is the "attached" keyword, meaning you are sharing a wall with your neighbor or it has separate walls since you mentioned it is not a townhouse?

@@MrAjaxSoap Hi Sir! Thank you for the comment ☺️ 1. For single attached, which is when you buy a 4-BR premiere units, you are not sharing your firewall to other houses. 2. For triplex or quadruplex which are 3-BR and 4-BR regular units, your are sharing your firewall to your neighbor but this is not your typical townhouses or villas in the PH so nothing to worry about the noise with your neighbor and the quality of work of the firewall ☺️

In general po, the area which is also beside Nuvali do not have a public transportation vehicle like jeepneys and tricycles because nasa mid to high end po ang market na kinecater ng area to also maintain the exclusivity of the area. Hindi po sya malapit sa rubina at ginebra, nasa dulo pa po yun and ito ay bungad lang :) Road is also okay :)

So, my question brother, is: does a buyer have to fully pay for the house and lot before construction begins? Sa pagkakaintindi ko yan ang conditions. Kasi you mentioned na may options ang buyer when it comes to color of the walls/ panels. Did I miss something? At what point does construction begin?

@@EddieLagalag Hi Sir Eddie! The total number of houses in Hana Garden Villas are only 126 units. There is no payment milestone or any conditions for them to build the house, it will be built according to their timeline.

@ oh I see. So, I can buy a fully completed house if one is still unsold. Pero sa palagay ko, mabilis mabebenta yung remaining 10 units. High-end pocket subdivision sya. Like Palms Pointe sa Filinvest Alabang.

@@EddieLagalag Yes sir, you can buy basta unsold pa sya. Payment term will just be shorter kapag nearing na yung completion ng house :) And you’re right also, it’s fast moving and no cancellation rate :)
