Jireh my brother, magkano ang HOA jan. And can I bring in my own architect's drawing, as long as it's Modern Asian? I prefer a small to medium house. Not a big fan of super huge homes; it's just me and my three dogs, and maybe a good woman if she knows how to nurture. Maybe the footprint of my entire house is half of the lot only. Is this allowed? Also, is there a discount for a full payment in cash? Thank you.
